Shipping policy

Pickup:

Orders will be ready for pickup within 2 hours on weekdays and Sunday. No pickup on Saturdays.

Please use the chat feature on our website or send us an email to to work out a plan for pick up.

Shipping:

We charge a flat rate of $15 for Canada wide shipping but we refund any unused costs associated with shipping (example: you pay $15, we use $10 of it for shipping and we refund you $5 to the card you used) this is because we already know shipping is expensive within Canada and we don’t want to make any profits off of shipping and want to make it easier for people to try affordable freeze dried

We use Canada Post or UPS to ship out our orders and usually ship same day or next day (excluding weekends)

Once the product leaves our property and is in the hands of the postal service we cannot guarantee the preservation of the products and some may come crushed despite our best efforts to cushion the products against it. 

Please understand that by placing your order you understand that you agree that we take no responsibility for any crushed products and will not offer exchanges or refunds since the fault is with the postal service.
